Double chin makes your face look fat. It makes your jawline vanish by which the face cut looks a little out.

Not only this even in selfies all you see is fat flesh below your chin. Isn’t it? But what if we share some exercises that you can do while sitting or laying on your bed?

Exercise 1:

  • Stand straight, tilt your head backwards towards the ceiling.
  • Close your lips to stretch even more.
  • Hold for 5 seconds and release.
  • Continue the process 5-8 times at one time.
  • Repeat the process 4-5 times a day.

Exercise 2:

Roll the Neck

  • Stand straight, slowly turn your head towards left while inhaling and bring the chin closer to the left shoulder.
  • Repeat the process for right side while exhaling.
  • Stand straight, take your head down while inhaling and stand still.
  • Now take the head upwards till you fell stretched while exhaling.

Exercise 3:

  • With your open mouth, move your lower jaw right to left.
  • First slowly then increase the speed.
  • Repeat the process as much as you can.
