Do you sometimes really want to be internally refreshed? Yeah that is so obvious who doesn’t want to have freshening start of the day. Now a days we have lost our stamina, we fatigue easily feel tired even without having good health, that is just because of toxins that have been accumulated in the body, they slowly show their presence by showing signs of being tired and all.

They can be removed by detox method. Its not a procedure just a water with fruits or vegetables.Below is the method of mint and lemon detox water.


What You Will Need:

  • 2-3 lemons.
  • Mint leaves.
  • 1 pitcher.
  • 2 liter water.
  • Ice cubes.

Step 1

In a pitcher put mint leaves.

Step 2

Cut lemon in wedges.

Step 3

Put lemon wedges in pitcher.

Step 4

Now add ice cubes.

Step 5

Finally add water.

Step 6

Keep this water in refrigerator for few hours.

Step 7

Drink this pitcher whole day. If water is finished you can.add more if want to.
