So today, we are going to talk about Kegel exercise and all there is to know about Kegels.

Kegel exercises are pelvic floor exercises that strengthens the muscles down there that support uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum. This exercise help keep your pelvic floor muscle strong in the longer run of your life.

Why do I need Kegels?

– You leak drops of urine while sneezing, laughing or coughing.

– You have inconsistent urinary system i.e strong urge to urinate without control.

– You leak stool.

–  You are Pregnant. Pregnancy causes a lot of pressure on the bladder as well as the vagina which expands up to 200%.

When should you do Kegels :

You can do kegels anytime you want. In fact, the beauty of kegels is that you can do it practically anywhere and no would even know.
