Iced Green Tea


Many of you wish to lose weight in as easy way as it is possible. Green tea is the only option left to lose your weight without working out. Are you sick of drinking hot tea everyday that tastes the same? Well we have a tasty recipe that will change the taste at the same time will maintain the consistency of the tea as it is.

Adding lemons to the pure green tea will not only help you in losing weight, but also can add great taste to your drink.

Below is the recipe of homemade iced green tea.

This is a simple low-calorie recipe that leaves you refreshing, chilled and it lowers the risk of Alzheimer’s and diabetes.


What You Will Need.

  • 6-8 green tea bags.
  • 4 cups boiling water.
  • 2 Cups cold water.
  • 1/2 cup artificial sweetener.
  • 1 Lemon
  • Ice cubes


Step 1

Boil 4 cups water in a saucepan.

Step 2

Now put tea bags in it and boil for  5 minutes.

Step 3

Take out tea bags and squeeze them gently.

step 4

Add sweetener to cold water and mix until dissolved.

Step 5

Now let the water come to room temperature.

Step 6

Mix both the waters and add ice cubes in it.

Step 7

In the last add lemon if you want other wise skip it. Chilled iced tea is ready to serve.
