Do you really know that having a proper sleep is not the only need for our vision and eye care?

It is said that exercising your eyeballs makes your vision strong. Yes! its true. We often sight at one direction for a very long time, or it is very rare that our eyeball revolve at all the direction. It makes our vision limited to a certain distance or angle.

Here are some simple and easy exercises for your eyes to make your vision strong.

Eye-Exercises12

Sideways:

  1. Look straight.
  2. Keep your head and neck straight.
  3. Now without moving your head or neck look sideways. Take your eyeballs to the extreme left then extreme right.
  4. Take your eyeballs to the sideways as much as possible for 10 secs.

Up & Down:

  1. Look straight.
  2. Keep your head and neck straight.
  3. Now without moving your head or neck start moving your eyeballs up and down.
  4. Continue the process for next 10 secs.

Circular Motion:

  1. Look straight.
  2. Keep your head and neck straight.
  3. Do not move your head or neck. Start moving the eyeballs in a circular direction, Clockwise.
  4. Take the eyeballs up, right, down, left then again upwards. This will be your circular motion.

  • Do these exercise daily in the morning after you leave the bed.
  • After finishing the exercise place your palm on your eyes and gently rub them in a circular direction.
  • You might feel pain, or feel your head going round and round due to this but after a day or two it will get normal.
  • Start exercising with 5 secs to each steps, then gradually increase the duration.
  • You can do these exercises any time you want, twice or thrice a day.
