As we all are found of eating lots of things before and after fasting. Everyday we try to have a new special dish to add in our meal. But we forget that we have some habits that can effect our body and react in the similar way.

Mistakes That Can Effect Our Bodies:

  1. Drinking Roof Afza and sugar drinks can effect our bodies resulting in laziness.

  2. Drinking large amount of water after Fasting

    Drink sufficient amount of water. Filling the stomach with water is more strenuous to it than with food.

  3. Exercising after Fasting

    When your stomach is full, or you just ate something do not exercise directly is effects your stomach. Give some gap between eating and exercise.

  4. Chewing and swallowing food fast

    Chew your food evenly, so that your stomach could rest and digest easily.

  5. Deserts after Iftaar

    It makes you drowsy and lazy.

  6. Consuming foods with hard amount of Sodium

    Try to consume lower amount of Sodium, as it triggers thirst through out the fasting hours of the day.
