1 Lemon

1 Cucumber

1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger

1 Tablespoon Of Aloe Vera Juice

1/2 Glass Of Water


  • Squeeze a lemon, in a grinder.
  • Add Peeled and chopped cucumber.
  • Add Aloe Vera juice or you can use parsley too.
  • Pour water and blend them well.

Drink this before going to bed every night.
