If you don’t have time for pedicure wash your feet with pumice stone also known as ‘jhaama’. After taking bath, apply a moisturizer like Vaseline or lotion on your feet and for better prevention, wear socks for a while.
Take hot water (bearable hot) mix some drops of shampoo in it and dip your feet for 10 to 5 minutes. Take a cleanser (cleansing milk) and massage your feet. After that scrub your feet and specially your heels with a feet scrubber to remove dead cells. Wash your feet with soap and apply oil or moisturizer on your feet.
Take a slice of lemon and scrub your heels gently with it. You can add sugar to the lemon slice for an added scrub effect.
Take one cup of organic honey and two cups of milk and put them into a small tub to soak your feet completely. Make sure to mix these well before putting your feet in and remember your feet should completely dip in this mixture. After 10 minutes start massaging them and when the mixture is soaked by your heels, wash it away with warm water and apply moisturizer.
Fill a small tub with warm water and add 3/4 cup of vinegar in it. Soak your feet for about 20 minutes, scrub from pumice stone, pat dry and apply moisturizer.
You will note a visible result after every scrub, and after regular scrubbing you will see no cracked heels even if you stop scrubbing for days, instead you will have pink heels like a baby.
