15 Health Tips For Men Who Are Too Busy

With lots of work to do in daily life men really need to give some of the time for their health. When a body works, the health requirements increases too and being busy in our life we all neglect our health.

15 Tips Every Man Must Follow

1. Have an 8 hour sleep daily.
2. Exercise early in the morning for at least 10 minutes daily.
3. Run daily and make yourself sweat from the heat of the sun.
4. Have a proper breakfast with one glass of milk instead of tea.
5. Drink warm water with lemon and mint in the afternoon.
6. Take a 15 to 20 minutes nap between your working hours to keep you fresh.
7. Drink tea to keep you active instead of any energy drink.
8. Drink plenty of water.
9. Eat foods that contain more fibers.
10. Try to add a green vegetable (cabbage, spinach, cauliflower) in every meal.
11. Avoid alcohol and tobacco.
12. Keep yourself stress free as much as you can.
13. Have a little time to play outdoors games (badminton, cricket, basketball). Not daily but once in a week.
14. Protect yourself from sun when you don’t intend to sweat (exercise). Wear sunglasses or caps.
15. Give some of your to your family and friends. Most importantly try talking face to face instead of chatting them on mobile phones.
